RETURN POLICY
We started making the lacto-fermented drink in my house using only the highest-quality organic leaf tea. It would be easier to make a large batch with cheap tea, but we believe in the art behind the flavor. This means we use high-quality organic teas, herbs, botanicals, fruits, and juices in our recipes. If you love the taste of our kombucha compared to a lot of other kombuchas out there, this is the reason!
Yes, please! Kamen bottles must be kept in the fridge. If unrefrigerated, raw kombucha will continue to ferment in the bottle or can. This can create more carbonation, and in extreme cases, the tap can open- like with champagne :)
We love that you’re interested! At this time we do not ship our bottles directly anywhere outside of the Puglia region.

We don't take responsibility for damaged products for the following reasons:
You have not complied with the storage conditions of the product (store in the fridge at a temperature of +6 to +10 degrees and use before the recommended date on the product label)
Invalid address. We ship to the exact address you enter when booking. If you have any difficulties with delivery to the address you provided, please contact us.
Kamen does things the artisanal way. Meaning we are driven by local fruits, seasonal fruit and the temperature of the day! We don't pay too much attention on commercializing, we focus on taste and quality. That's why all of our bottles are different. Every single bottle is produced by us with care.
